Waxpol Gasket Shellac is specially formulated compound which is a hard setting, slow drying liquid designed to coat, seal and repair most gaskets including cork, felt, paper and rubber. It seals metal gaskets and threaded connection for light duty service. Gives smooth uniform film when applied with brush.
DIRECTIONS TO USE: 1. Clean the Surface to remove grease, oil, dirt or other contaminants. 2. Surfaces should be dry prior to applying Waxpol Gasket Shellac. 3. Apply a thin even coat of Waxpol Gasket Shellac to both sides of the Gasket. 4. Allow it to air dry for a few minutes. 5. Now place the Gasket in position. 6. Thin, if required with denatured alcohol.
